Loving our Learning
Wow! We have been learning about so much! Our class novel, 'Once' by Morris Gleitzman, set in World War 2 is about a boy who is Jewish, his parents have left him in an Orphanage in Poland. He escapes to try and find his parents. The story is about suvival, being brave and his story. We have also been learning about Anne Frank and her life in isolation, hiding during World War 2. Today we have joined a Canterbury Sumdog Competition. We are competing against 21 classes over the next week. Go Room 17!

ReplyDeleteWhat a lot of learning you have all been doing over the past term. I think your art work looks great. It is also lovely to see all your faces working hard at your learning.
I haven't read this book but I might just have to have a read in the school holidays. What would you give the book out of ten? I've read Anne Franks Diary and I really enjoyed that.
